Early Dismissal and Arrival for League Meets

• PENDING early dismissal (please do not ask parents/guardians to pick you up earlier than this - you are a student first and we want to make sure you are in class as much as possible).

• Arrival Info: PENDING. Team meeting at PENDING TIME.

Meet Expectations & Guidelines

• Attendance: you are expected to be at all meets from start to finish. If you need to leave early, please let Coach Class/Catlett/Cozzi know. As we have mentioned during practices, this is a TEAM, and we root for all of our team members from start to finish.

• Bring a positive attitude: even in the moments in which you do not perform the way in which you wanted to, take a deep breath. We are here for you. Never storm off.

• Uniform & Presentation

• Hip stickers MUST BE VISIBLE.

• Tuck your shirts into your shorts.

• Take off any dangling jewelry.

• Appropriate running shoes

• Warm-ups (jacket/sweats)

If there are any issues of any sort, please get Coach Class/Catlett/Cozzi immediately.
