Practices have been going very well. Swimmers have been building endurance and progressing nicely with their swim strokes. The team has been getting to know each other. Our returning swimmers have been doing an awesome job helping the new swimmers learn technique and giving personal incite for what to expect during swim meets. Our awesome head coach, John McGlynn, has returned from his trip to Antarctica. He will begin working with the team this evening to get them prepared for Thursday.
This Thursday, February 27th is our first meet in Valley Center.

- Warm-up time: 3pm
- Start time: 3:30pm
Please arrange to have your swimmer at Adam's Park Pool on time (2:45pm) to properly warm up and get acclimated.
After school swim meets typically last two to three hours. There are wood bleachers at Adam's Park pool, but seating is limited. It's always a good idea for observers to bring their own chairs to swim meets, just in case. You also might plan to bring snacks, drinks, and layered clothing for your own comfort.
