A couple FAQs I've answered that are good for the group as a whole:
- Do those looking to play Novice/JV need to attend both tryouts?
- Yes, if you are able! If you are unable to make both, please let the coaches know ASAP so we can adjust our plans. Missing one will not necessarily prevent you from making the team, but you will have less of an opportunity to show the coaches what you can do.
- If someone comes out for Varsity but doesn't make it, are they able to play JV/Novice?
- YES, provided they are not a senior (seniors are unable to play JV). If players come out for varsity but look like they won't make the varsity team, the coaches will ask those players to stay for the JV/Novice tryout as well.
- Do we REALLY have to have our physicals completed and paperwork turned in before tryouts?
- YES! You will not be allowed to try out unless all paperwork is submitted. If you have questions about this, please let me know ASAP!
